Taking the assignment literally, I have represented a moment of my life in which I showed great growth, development, and change. Great greater growth and change can one go through than what they experienced during their stage of fertilization and growth as a fetus. This project is most closely tied to my nieces (from Project1) because they are the youngest - so they were the last people I know to go through this process.

This project shows an overall balance by matching the 3 sperm with the 3 lines in the background, and later is balanced by placing the main focus on the egg in the middle of the flash. The background also keeps a rhythm throughout the entire piece, as well as adding a unity as it flows from one scene to the next. The emphesis flows from object to object, I distort the proportions of the objects - making the objects of greater emphesis larger than those around them. In the first scene the focus and emphesis is on the front-most sperm. As the scene changes to the next the sperm gets smaller to make way for the large egg. A result of the sperm joining with the egg, the fetus takes the focus as it grows inside the egg.
